a support ministry for Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders
One in ten American families has a loved one with Alzheimer's disease and one in three adults knows someone with the disease. It is progressive, degenerative and causes significant changes in family life. While it is not a normal part of the aging process or a mental illness, Alzheimer's does attacks the part of the brain that controls memory, thinking and judgment. It affects both men and women and crosses all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.

We can turn chaos into Quiet.
The MFA Quiet Place meets every second Saturday from 11:00am - 12:30pm in the Fellowship Hall of Martin First Assembly. The church is located right across from the BP station at 201 Mt. Pelia Rd and the 45 Bypass.
Come for a brief time of prayer and sharing. Attend as often as you like. You can sit back quietly or actively participate.
